What You Can Do to Help

CAP COM Financial Services, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. You can help by following these simple guidelines:

Protect your account numbers, card numbers, PINs (personal identification numbers), and passwords. Never keep your PIN with your debit or credit card as doing so provides easy access to your accounts if your card is lost or stolen.

Use caution when disclosing your account numbers, social security numbers, or any other sort of identifying information to other persons. If you are at all suspicious about such a call, ask for the name and phone number of the person calling. If it's a legitimate call, the caller should have no problem disclosing this information and it will provide you with the opportunity to verify the legitimacy of the call. If the call is not legitimate, the caller will most likely just hang up. If this occurs please contact us and let us know that you received such a call.

Keep your information current. It is important that we have current information on how to reach you. If we detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity or use of an account, we will attempt to contact you immediately so if your address or phone number changes, please let us know.

Let us know if you have questions about any of our practices, our policies, or these privacy procedures.
